This number DOES NOT start with T. (Example: 23847)
Please note:
Here lately, because of the high cost of fuel, we have been shipping many items via DHL. (They gave us a better rate) But their tracking system does not currently
interface into our tracking system, unlike UPS and FedEx.
Please do not get alarmed if your order does not show up in the tracking system, it is probably on DHL. If it does not arrive in reasonable amount of time, just contact us and we see if we can track it down.
Rectangle trampolines and really large items will ship via truck motor freight.
It may take up to 24 hours for shippers to add your tracking information after shipment. If you are unable to find your package, please try back at a later time.
