How to measure for a round replacement jumping mat.

• Measuring correctly is very important! PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MEASUREMENTS GIVEN IN THE TRAMPOLINE MANUAL!
• Measure straight across frame width from outside edge to outside edge.
• Now measure again at a different point,  like in an X pattern, to make sure your measurments are correct. They should been about the same.
• Very Few Trampolines will be perfectly round when you measure them. If the  tension is lost on a trampoline mat at any given point or time, then it could be "out of round". Let's face it, if there was not a problem with your trampoline loosing tension then you probably would not be here in the first place! Correct?
• Count number of spring holes in the frame.
• Measure your spring from end of hook to end of hook, not installed.
• Our Motto is: Measure twice, count three times and  order once!

• Octagon / Hexagon  frames measure from outside point to point of frame.
• DO NOT measure from flat side to flat side on an Octagon or Hexagon frame!

• Measure straight across the length and width from hole to hole of the frame or 

if your frame has welded loops or a welded bar, measure from that location where the springs hook to the frame.
• Now measure again at a different point, to make sure you are correct.
• If you have your old mat - measure it lenght & width. (Note the exact inches) 

Do not measure the triangles. Only measure to the edge of the sewn hem. Preferably measure along the edge of the mat.
• Measure twice, order once!!!
• Count number of spring holes / loops in the frame (length X width).
• Measure your spring from end of hook to end of hook, not installed.

The brand of your trampoline is not really important when buying springs. Our trampoline springs will work with any brand of trampoline. For many of you, our springs are more than likely, better than the springs you already have on your trampoline. What is important is the correct length of the springs.

 

Measure your spring from end of hook to end of hook, 
NOT  installed on trampoline.

Frame Pads: Free from defect for 6 months.

Springs: 2 Years (against breakage)

Mat Stitching: 2 Years (Note: This applies only to the outer edge of  stitching that attaches the rings to the bed.)

Mat Material: Prorated against manufacturer's defects for 5 years as follows:

100% for the First Year. 50% for the Second Year. 35% for the Third Year. 20% for the Fourth Year. 10% for the Fifth Year from the date of purchase.(Note: This five-year prorated warranty applies only to the jumping surface. It does not cover the stitching on the outer edge.)

All other items: 30 days from date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover equipment that has been tampered with, subjected to negligent use, accidents, other damages, misuse or abuse, including such things as tears and rips, burns, cuts, snags, and scrapes.  Equipment or parts must be sent to us prepaid for our examination.
